Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy? He is small for his age and skinny. Though he is also quite strong and good at climbing.

2. How old is he? 11

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch? He doesn't have the best posture, he tends to hunch over when he is sitting down and he rarely stands still.

4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities? Apart from general malnutrition he is perfectly healthy. As healthy as a chimney sweep from the 19th Centuary can be anyways.

5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid? Somewhere in between graceful and clumsy. He tends to run everywhere.

6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror? He doesn't really have any thoughts about his appearance, he has more fun things to think about! He is pretty adorable.

7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred? He has no scars, he is from Switzerland and it is assumed his complexion is a little lighter than the people in Milano's. But tbh he is usually covered in soot so who knows.

8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style. His hair is brown and he wears it short, it is messy and unkempt.

9. What color are his eyes? Brown.

10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features? Nope

12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit? Brown patched trousers, a white shirt, a green coat and brown shoes. He has two shirts but that is it.

13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them? His trousers are a little too short, his coat is a little too big.

3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics? He speaks Italian with a Tessiner accent.

4. What kind of education has the character had? None. Doctor Casella and Angeletta taught him to read and when he broke his leg Doctor Casella taught him a few things, but he has had no formal education.

2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like? Yes he has two brothers who are twins and much younger than him. He loves them though they can be annoying at times.

3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand? His grandma lives with them, she is strict but Romeo is close to her.

4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them?

5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet? Alfredo! They met on the way to Milano.

6. Does he have other close friends? The Black Brothers

7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people? He makes friends very easily.

14. Does he have any rivals or enemies? The wolf pack, Anzelmo. He later makes a peace pact with the wolf pack but he and Anzelmo remain enemies.

Daily Life

2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him? He is a peasent farmers child who is sold as a chimney sweep.

3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others? He lives

4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on? He doesn't have any money when he does have any money he uses it to make his friends happy.

5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else? He is a chimney sweep, he is quite good at it. He doesn't mind it because he likes being on the rooftops but he also is happy to go home. It is dangerous and dark though as he gets better at it he becomes less scared.

6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time? Running around with the Black Brothers,

7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods? He eats when he is given food. He loves apples.
